This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the official CBRL website hosted on Squarespace.

All products sold by CBRL are FINAL SALE.

CBRL does not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Size or fit
• Color preference
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and the size guide prior to completing a purchase.

2. Limited Exceptions

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
• The item is defective due to a manufacturing error
• The incorrect item was shipped by CBRL

All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved items must:
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Include original tags
• Be returned in original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will be rejected.

CBRL will cover return shipping costs only in cases of approved defects or fulfillment errors.
CBRL is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
